A short yoga flow in the morning can refresh your body and clear your mind. This 15-minute sequence will help you feel awake, centered, and positive for the day ahead.
Sequence:
- 🌞 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) – Warm up the body
- 🤸 Forward Fold (Uttanasana) – Stretch the hamstrings and back
- 🧘 Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I) – Strengthen legs and improve focus
- 🌳 Tree Pose (Vrikshasana) – Build balance and calm
Tips:
- Try to practice near a window or outdoors.
- End with 2 minutes of mindful breathing.
