A short yoga flow in the morning can refresh your body and clear your mind. This 15-minute sequence will help you feel awake, centered, and positive for the day ahead.

Sequence:

  1. 🌞 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) – Warm up the body
  2. 🤸 Forward Fold (Uttanasana) – Stretch the hamstrings and back
  3. 🧘 Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I) – Strengthen legs and improve focus
  4. 🌳 Tree Pose (Vrikshasana) – Build balance and calm

Tips:

  • Try to practice near a window or outdoors.
